Shipping policy

Orders will be processed in 14 business days and should expect to arrive in the USPS advertised timeframe appropriate for the shipping class selected after the processing time of up to 14 business days. Free shipping is provided for domestic orders of a certain amount (see announcement bar for current shipping offer) and defaults to first class. Should the weight of an order exceed the limits of first class, the item will ship priority free of charge for US orders. You may upgrade shipping at checkout should you wish to accelerate the shipping time however this does not increase the speed at which we can process orders. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages once turned over to the hands of the USPS and any issues with shipping will need to be taken up with your local post office. During seasons of high sales volume, we may offer "Rush Order" upgrades for customers to move their order to the top of our fulfillment process.
