Refund policy
All purchases are considered final sale due to the nature of the products. We cannot accept returns on purchases and gift cards. Please reach out if there is an issue with your order so we can make it right. You may email us at graceandgrandeurshop@gmail.com - please include your order number.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds and/or Exchanges
Items may not be returned due to the nature of our products. If the item arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days after the delivery date (according to the tracking details) to request a different item or a refund. We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Should we agree to replace your item, we will send you tracking information once it is available.
